This ARROW (Achieving Recovery/Resiliency the Outcomes Way) report is provided as a tool to assist you and your agency worker in developing a plan that will facilitate recovery. The report provides a listing of critical items that you identified when you completed the Ohio Consumer Outcomes survey.

Along with the items appear examples of possible activities that may assist you in your recovery. Italicized words appear in that form to emphasize the need for constructing activities that are tailored to address your specific and special needs. Listed activities are only intended to serve as examples and may or may not fit your particular situation. At the end of the report you will find information related to your current level of symptom distress.
